Arc Barrel. The Arc barrel is a highly versatile, space saving and cost
effective piece of small Pilates equipment which compliments any
matwork programme. These light weight and easily portable barrels can
be used to increase or decrease the challenge to the body and are
ideally used for rehab to assist matwork exercises. Learn how to use
these gently curved arches in a variety of ways including how to help
support the back, shoulders and neck, to elongate the spine and
therefore prevent lumbar hyper extension in prone exercises, to open up
the upper quadrant as well how to increase the range of movement of
selective exercises.
Discover how the arc barrel is a great rehabilitative tool for those recovering from stress, tension or injury
and how they make a safe, supportive surface for deep muscle stretching
the joint mobilising.
