Nicky Croft (APPI Presenter)

Nicky graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, from the University of Otago, New Zealand, in 2000. Nicky moved to Sydney, Australia soon after graduating. Here she worked in a Private Practise, this incorporated instructing Physiocise classes as well as outpatient physiotherapy care and hydrotherapy. On arriving in the UK in 2003, Nicky has worked in both the NHS and continued her Pilates work in the Private Sector at 'Embody Pilates'. Nicky is currently working fulltime at Pilates Art in Hampstead.

Rachel Questead (APPI Presenter)

Rachele graduated with an honours degree from the University of Queensland in 1998 and has since worked in a variety of fields in Australia and the UK, including work with national sporting teams, the Matthew Bourne Dance Company, the armed forces as well as in hospital and private practice. Rachele had seen Pilates at work in Brisbane and recognized a need in her practice to expand on the musculoskeletal rehab skills she had begun to develop at uni. To this end she found that Pilates presented many answers and so trained with the Body Control Pilates Association in the UK, before coming on board with the APPI.
